Is this conference for you?

This event will help your business. It will help you get more children into holiday, breakfast and after school clubs, it will help you recruit, retain and manage staff so they do what you want them to do, it will help you to improve your business processes, get ready for Ofsted, and it could even help you to save lives.

The Conference programme has been curated to bring together the brightest minds. Some you may know. Some may be new. All will encourage you to think differently.

Just last year, the sector considered itself forgotten. Not any more! With every major political party looking at school-aged childcare policies, the sector is under greater scrutiny than ever before! That brings change. With change, comes opportunity.

Our keynote speakers will be sharing their knowledge, insights and expertise to help you understand the impact of these policies, what they will mean in reality and give you the tools to understand (within a context of many unknowns) to consider how you might benefit from policy changes.

And, we are delighted Jonny Benjamin MBE is joining us to share his lived mental health experience. He is a truly inspirational speaker.

And, the Department for Education will be providing an update on the Wraparound Programme, plus want to meet as many providers as possible at their exhibitor stand.

Discuss the changes and what they mean for you in our expert -led round tables: contemplating Government changes with James Hempsall and Five for the Future with Rebekah Jackson Reece.

Improve Profitability/Sustainability Through Increased Holiday, Breakfast and After School Club Attendance

The track sessions will help you to challenge, review and improve your practice. Imagine using the play and playwork skills you learn to challenge and change your existing practice. You embrace curiosity. You make your more welcoming. Diversity is embraced. You lead the way in safeguarding. You meet the play needs of every single child. You play differently. Children undertake different activities. And, you can have a little play yourself - when was the last time you did that?

Children want to come back again, and again, and again!

The Impact: Bringing more children into your club improves your financial stability
