Cancel your participation 30 days prior to the event (midnight 14th September 2023) and receive a full refund.
Cancel your participation 14 days prior to the event (midnight 30th September 2023) to receive a 50% refund.
Cancel your participation 7 days prior to the event (midnight 7th October 2023) to receive a 25% refund.
After this no refunds will be issued.
